No treks, places and media

I have updated to the latest version on both iPad and iPhone, cleared all content and no places, tracks, reviews and media appear annymore.

Tried reboot devices and re-install the app from the AppStore and started sync again, but that did not help. Sync runs endlessly but no updates appear.

Well, that was like seeing a ghost!

Have you downloaded the map packs at any stage? I’ve recently done an upgrade and it worked as you’d expect.

Here are some more screenshot.

1. The app complains that Autosync is disabled.
2. As you can see Autosync is on in the settings
3. I have downloaded the Lowres Pack as you can see, but the download takes ages and does not show any progress, nor does it download the treks.

Yes, together with David we sorted out it had to do with the time zone in which your device was set.

If you temporarily set your time zone to Perth, then clean the database, stop and start the app. Then the download button appears again and you can start the download of places, treks, etc.

David is working on a fix, for this bug.
