This is a variation on the popular Fijian raw fish dish adjusted for camping. It's a very easy dish but needs to be prepared in the morning ready to serve chilled at night for dinner. Only use freshly caught fish as it is eaten raw (cured in lemon/lime juice).&lt;br /&gt;
