Blogs question

I wonder if someone might be able to tell me, in words of two syllables or less, if I can share my blogs with family/friends that are not ExplorOz members? I can just barely get my head around how to create the blog but can't see how I might share it outside of ExplorOz. Clicking on the "share" button appears to do nothing?

As above, the answer is a definite Yes.

All you will have to do is give your family member your user details on EO.

Then they will need to find you and then they will have click on “Account” on the top right hand side.

This will then take you to the next page on then they will need to click on the “View Member Profile” which will then take you to another page.

This next page will give you a run down and then the second option will be “Blogs”

Once they click on that, the next page will show all your blogs and then all they have to do is click on the one they want to view.

Try taking your blog off draft/ hidden mode (unless you have left it like that deliberately). See if you can share it then. If not your family and friends should be able to see it on the website when not in draft/ hidden mode.

Ah thanks for that Trevor, but if I take it off "draft/hidden" mode does that then not make it visible to all?

Yes it does.

You could add a security key to it, that way you could dish that out to those who you wish to see it, similar to tracking.
