ExplorOz Receives Major Surgery
Your patience is rewarded! Whilst we've been busy behind the scenes, you will now begin to see some
of the visual results, commencing with a completely new Home Page.
Our main goal was to provide better navigation between sections of the site particularly to improve
ease of access to the comprehensive Article
content.
To achieve this, the Home Page now contains interactive components that are colour-coded and easy to use.
Take a look and you'll find: ExplorOz By – Hover over any of the five mini images and you
will see categories based on Destinations, Topics, 4WDs, Caravans and Campers. ExplorOz Shop
– Use the drop down box to select a category of products. The
scrolling product images allows you to browse passively without
searching - perhaps something will grab your eye that you recognise.
This same box appears throughout other site pages too. New & Updated Pages– From the Home Page, you can hover over a link in this section and an image will appear to give you a view of what
to expect on the page. Click on the link to open the new/or updated page. Capital City Weather – Hover over the state of your choice and
see today's and tomorrow’s weather forecasts. Trader Classifieds
– Works in a similar to the shop component - simply hover over and click a photos to go directly to the trader listing featuring that item. ExplorOz Forum – Shows the latest post at all times. Also shows
a search box so it's easy to type in a keyword/"search string" to seek existing information stored in system from previous postings.
With all these great functions why not make the ExplorOz Home your home page!
