How do I attend a Members Trip or Gathering?

If you would like to attend a member’s trip/gathering, you will need to let the organizer know. Once logged on, click the Members tab on the ExplorOz Navigation Bar, then click “Trips and Gatherings”. In order to express your interest, select the corresponding gathering from the Gatherings list - This can be done by clicking on the hyperlinked title. The gathering details will be displayed along with the ability to enter a gathering comment. A gathering comment can be anything from a simple message expressing your interest, or a question regarding the trip. Once you have entered your comment into the comments field, click the “Submit” button. Your comment will then become visible to all users.

How do I create a Members Trip or Gathering?

In order to create a new Trip or Gathering, you must be logged on as an ExplorOz member. Once logged on, click the Members tab on the ExplorOz Navigation Bar, then click “Trips and Gatherings”. You should now able to view any current gatherings. In order to create a new gathering, simply click “Create a New Trip/Gathering”. You can then create and submit your Pre Trip/Gathering Details.

How to edit your Trip or Gathering?

Should you wish to edit a Members gathering that you have created, you will need to ensure you are logged on as an ExplorOz Member. Once logged on, selected your gathering from the Gatherings list, by clicking on the hyperlinked title. The gathering details will be displayed along with an “Edit Trip/Gathering” Button. Once this button has been clicked, you will be given the opportunity edit and submit your gathering details.
