obviously it's changed a lot since our visit 2 years back, but at the time the only sections we encountered that might catch you out were.... the very muddy section at the bottom of the
river crossing where you crossed at
Boggy Hole itself (at that time it dropped down the
embankment into a
mud hole), aswell as a short stretch of very soft sand further South from there. there were other areas of softish sand just North of
Boggy Hole i recall, but lowered tyre pressures had it not a problem when we went through. there's a gibber type section of sharp rocky ground to cross along the way that could
puncture a tyre, which happened to one vehicle in our group (happened to be the vehicle running the highest tyre pressures by the way).
for someone with half an idea what they are doing i myself wouldn't call it a hard drive, but i could easily see someone possibly getting bogged if they didn't know what they were doing.
now in saying all that.... it was a very wet year when we went through, so we most likely encountered easier conditons then what one would find if it hasn't rained in quite some time. after a decent period without rain i could imagine the possibilty of longish stretches of soft sand being in some areas, so be prepared to lower tyre pressures quite a bit should you encounter a period such as this.
