The 2011 Special Olympics Summer Games, Athens Greece - The final leg of the torch run begins & ends

7th June, 2011 Athens Greece. What a way to start a 30 hour flight to Europe. Getting pulled aside as you check in at the departure gate and told that you’re being upgraded to Business

Okay Mike, Gaby wants video proof of you running, not still pictures they don’t count. The question is how many of those 9 to 11 miles do you run? We calculate 10 +1 Toronto Canadian in a team over 11 miles equals 1 mile per person. Is that correct or does the Canadian pick up your slack. We know how that works. As for the Greeks travelling the deserts to find you, don’t count on it. I hear that is a Canadian thing.

Hey man we run every one of them as a team. As usualy I carry the Canadians. Our Athlete, Stephanie is from Toronto so she carries all of us. Exhausted but thoroughly enjoying the experience. The fast pace of Off the bus-run, back on the bus, run and so on means I don't even know what town I'm in at the moment. It's pretty though. Love Crete.
