Hi Guys,
This is directed to the admins. Unfortunately I am currently unable to access my current email address, not sure what the issue is at present, but am away from my computer so “hot-spotting” my iPad to my phone. This means I cannot use the Help Desk to ask this question. I am seriously considering changing my Email Address, if I do, how will this effect my
membership and access to Explore Oz?

Hi Macca, if you are Bigpond user, the outage yesterday has been resolved. Otherwise, login and go to your account and edit your details.

Thanks for your reply, however my issues started a couple of months ago has nothing to do with the Bigpond outage yesterday. At
home I have a “work around” to enable me to send and receive emails on my computer, and up until yesterday, I could also access my emails on my phone and iPad via the WiFi at
home. I am currently at our other
home near
Apollo Bay in Victoria, which does not have an internet connection, and can no longer access emails via the phone or iPad.
I am more interested in changing my email address, and what effect that will have on my current
Membership and access.

On website now - you are logged into your current Exploroz account - click Account - go to Account Details - change email address - press save/update.
Too easy. Been the same for 24 years. Happens all the time and all catered for.

Wasn't there an issue awhile back with someone regarding software licenses?
From memory they had purchased exploreoz but had changed their email address and couldn't remember what there old email address was so couldn't download load the software again or something like that. So if your going to change your email address make a note of the old one.

Afaik your app store account is linked to a specific Apple or Gmail email address. Therefore any app you purchase is similarly tied to that account for updates and reinstalling. This works independently of your EO account. I presume if you have the
EOTopo maps they are linked to the EO account. The EOT app is linked to your app store account.
