I purchased a new iPad in August 2025
I wish to create a track log from a 2024 trip however the earliest export date for this device is August 2025
I’ve cleared contents and reloaded but hasn’t helped
How can I organise older track log data and make it accessible on my new device

If you haven’t created a Track Log file from your 2024 trip’s tracking data yet, then—unless you’re a Member and had Tracking Auto Sync enabled—the master data is still stored on your old device.

Can you open the ExplorOz Traveller app on that device? That’s where your tracking data currently is. Once you open it, export the track to Track Log format. This will save it to the server, allowing you to access and view it from any device afterwards.

I’m a member and have auto sync enabled
The iPad I was using in 2024 was destroyed
I assumed I could download track log data from the ExplorOz website but have not found how to

If you had enabled Tracker during this trip, this would be auto sync to your account. Open your account on the website - go to your active tracking and click save to make a Track Log of everything that is displayed on the active tracking map. If the device has been destroyed then you only have access to what you had synced through Tracker. Contact us via the Help Desk if you have any further questions or need further assistance and we will gladly guide you personally to your server tracking data etc.
