Edition 376: 5th March 2015
Hi ExplorOz Reader, March has come, and Summer has apparently gone, although it certainly doesn't feel like it if you live in WA. Across the country the weather is breaking records:- Perth experienced its most humid February on record since 1955; Sydney has had the second-longest spell of warm nights on record; & Adelaide has had it's mildest January in 10 years. But the important thing is knowing the weather will be perfect for your next trip! Maybe we can't do that, but the best we can tell you is that March to May is likely to be wetter than normal over central Australia and central WA. Elsewhere, the chances of a wetter or drier Autumn are roughly equal! It also appears that night-time temperatures for Autumn are likely to be warmer than normal over most of Australia. We hope this edition makes you itching to get out there and ExplorOz!
