The ExplorOz Road Alerts section continues to operate with the input of our dedicated team of volunteers. Whilst we know this information is available directly from the various reporting services, we have a unique offering in that from the one website you have access to the entire country. We focus on dirt roads/tracks in popular touring destinations that are prone to closure from weather events - making this a very handy resource for ExplorOz'ers.

In addition, our Roads Administrators will post additional messages in the Travel Tips & Alert section (tab on Roads Index Page). This week, they've posted "Woomera Prohibited Area Exclusion Periods 2016-17". Anyone travelling in areas within the WPA is advised to check the dates and exclusion periods carefully. This document contains changes to what the department released earlier in March.

It's time to polish the fourby!! We are pleased to finally confirm that the materials for our new-look 2016-17 Membership Packs have arrived and as from today we have commenced stuffing envelopes with the new Member stickers and brochure. These new Membership stickers are unique to Members only, so get them onto your vehicles!
