You could easily mistake this common little orchid for grass. A small terrestrial orchid with 10s of tiny flowers crowded along a flowering spike that can grow up tp to 30cm tall. There is a single elongated leaf arising from the flowering stem. Often grows in thick colonies. Usually grows in wet seepage areas in grassland or Eucalypt woodland where it can become widespread and common.
Flowering start in September and ends in January.
Identification
The main flower colour is other. The species name "parviflora" means "small flower"
