Growing in sandy soil beside salt pan. About 20cm high. Sepals with small knobby club, petals curled at ends. No fringe on labellum.
Small blue flowers, 2cm across, standing 10 - 15cm tall. Petals smooth and silky in appearance. Strap shaped leaf. Abundant among everlastings.
You could easily mistake this common little orchid for grass. A small terrestrial orchid with 10s of tiny flowers crowded along a flowering spike that can grow up tp to 30cm tall.
