Have purchased a new 5G android tablet with version 15 installed .When I try to install the ExploOz Traveller app the Play store tells me it is incompatible with this device. Has anyone else experienced this?I have a lifetime
membership with EplorOz and had no problems with the previous 4 G tablet .

Not all android tablets are equal - to answer your question we need the make, model and variation of that model (if variations are available.)

That message from Google Play should only appear if your device is running an unsupported or modified version of Android. Please submit a
Support Request telling us the brand and model name of your device so we can check compatibility and advise the correct solution.
