Our second complete day in Inverell was spent once again doing some tourist things. We visited an Olive Grove which is situated on the Road from Copeton. It is called “Olives of Beaulieu”. They have a number of different olive oils with different additives and some are where the Olives are pressed with other items like Limes. They also have a number of other local items such as Jams, Relishes and Herbs.
We visited a local
lookout and got an appreciation of the size of Inverell. As the
Sapphire festival was still happening there were a number of other activities happening, in and around the town, such as a music show by the river and a horse event.
