Issue with accessing helpdesk- Admin request

I have deleted the original post as I finally realised what I was doing wrong & have rectified the the EOTopo web app issue I was having.

Somehow it has also also resolved my ability to post to the Helpdesk.

I have now sent a request to the helpdesk (on an unrelated matter) without getting an error message about validating credentials.
