How do I find/access/look at a Help Desk request I logged yesterday? I want to see exactly what technical info I included but cannot find any way of accessing this and previous requests.

what did you list The Help Desk request under .. it should come back as an email,
in my experiences
I did have an occasion when I contacted the help desk and wasn't answered for several days apparently because of (thinking back) it wasn't a mainstream request line ..

I lodged it on the Help Desk, tagging it as an "ExporOz app" issue.

In my experience Michelle would normally get back within the day sometimes sooner

Maybe they have not received your request

Usually there's an almost instant email acknowledgement of receipt of request.
