How do I find/access/look at a Help Desk request I logged yesterday? I want to see exactly what technical info I included but cannot find any way of accessing this and previous requests.

what did you list The Help Desk request under .. it should come back as an email,
in my experiences
I did have an occasion when I contacted the help desk and wasn't answered for several days apparently because of (thinking back) it wasn't a mainstream request line ..

In my experience Michelle would normally get back within the day sometimes sooner
You contacted the help desk via the bottom of this page under help ?
Maybe they have not received your request

Usually there's an almost instant email acknowledgement of receipt of request.

Hi AndrewM999,
David and Michelle are full time traveling at the moment, it might take them a day or two to answer your request. They do use StarLink so they do have comms pretty much all the time, but as you might imagine, they do get a lot of requests for assistance.

Still no reply from the Help Desk.
But I still do not know how to find my Help Desk requests, which for starter would confirm if my request was actually posted properly or if I need to try logging the request again.

Andrew, you could try phoning David & Michelle. Their phone number is published under "About Me" but here it is: 0491 137247.
However, as they are 'on the road' they may not be within phone connectivity. Worth a try.

When you log the request, you have to enter your email address in this field:
"Email confirmation to*(required)"
So maybe there was a typo when you entered your email?

possibly something has gone awry..
