Description
Spicy flatbread to have with stews and casseroles, or by itself.
Ingredients
250gms Self raising Flour
250ml Natural Yoghurt
Pinch of salt
A good pinch of baking powder
Moroccan Spices
Method
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients.
Step 2
Dont proof mixture
Step 3
Divide mixture into 4 pieces.
Step 4
Roll until 1 cm thick, about the size of your hand.
Step 5
Olive Oil on BBQ or hotplate, cook for 2mins each side, sprinkle with sea salt.
Step 6
