A sausage sizzle with a difference. Easy quick meal that gives some variation to the sausage sizzle for two.
Ingredients
- Coleslaw (bag) 200gm
- Sausages x 4
- Mayo
- Hot chilli sauce for some zing
- Hotdog rolls x 4
Method
- Step 1Mix 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce and mayo in a bowl.
- Step 2Add the coleslaw and mix.
- Step 3Cook sausages
- Step 4Open the hotdog rolls and put down a bed of slaw.
- Step 5Put down one cooked sausage on the slaw per roll.
- Step 6Enjoy.
