this is a really yummy impressive looking dip that is great with mini toasts or whatever you like to dip with, sometimes it is easier to serve with a knife and spread on the toasts, just make sure you pile it up....yummmm
Ingredients
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 -1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 1 can crab meat , drained
- 3-4 leaves of lettuce shredded( butter lettuce is really nice )
- 1 - 2 pks Mini toasts
Method
- Step 1Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. Spread mix across a large plate so it is about 1 cm thick (this also fits in the Tupperware slice container very well then when finished you can put lid on for storage/transport or just to keep the flies out)
- Step 2Spread over a thin layer of thousand island dressing, evenly sprinkle over the crab meat followed by the lettuce.
- Step 3You are ready to serve with your mini toasts
