Also known as ice cream gravy in our house, butterscotch sauce is delicious on puddings or use to poach bananas or other soft fruit.
Ingredients
- 150g butter, chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
Method
- Step 1Bring all the ingredients to the boil, stirring until the butter has melted.
- Step 2Best served warm to hot.
