A series of short trails between ruins and points of interest interconnect to form this circuit enabling you to tour this fascinating convict settlement and coal mine operation. Good signage.
There are a number of carparks enabling you to reduce the amount of walking or do it in sections.
Located very near the Lime Bay campground its best to not attempt to visit with a caravan in tow as carparks are limited to vehicles of 6m length.
There are toilets at each carpark but no other facilitiess.
This historic site, like Port Arthur is one of 11 significant convict sites in Australia.
