Correction: Promotion End DateWe’d like to apologise for a minor typo in the newsletter you received earlier today regarding the expiry date of our 25-day discount promotion for purchasing the EOTopo 2025 map licence. While we correctly stated that the promotion starts today and runs for 25 days, the incorrect end date was provided. The promotion ends on 14th February 2025, not 14th January. We’ve received a fantastic response to this promotion, and we’d like to thank everyone who has already made a purchase! Promo Code Issues?If you’re experiencing issues with the promo code, please ensure you’re logged into the correct user account that holds your previous EOTopo licence. Otherwise, the promo code will not work. This offer is only available to customers with a previous EOTopo licence. We kindly ask that you check you are logged in with the correct user account. To verify your account:
Open the Traveller app on your device - go to User Account - select Manage Account. Whilst you will be directed to your account screen, you can access the site menu to find your way to the Shop. If you still experience issues, click Account at the top of the page, then select View Orders. You should be able to identify your past order for EOTopo in the list. (Click order numbers in the list to view order details).
In-app Licence Detection
Your current version of the ExplorOz Traveller app will not recognise the EOTopo 2025 licence. The new map licence will only be detected in v9.2 of the Traveller app. While this version has been submitted to the app stores, **you will need to wait** for it to become available on your device. Please note that the availability of the update depends on the app store’s release process, which is outside our control. The update may appear later tonight or could take a few more days. Once you’ve updated the Traveller app to v9.2, the EOTopo 2025 licence and map packs will be ready for you to download.
