Tentative Identification.
Spindly, small branched shrub to 1.5 m with leaves 4-6cm long.

Identification

The main flower colour is red. The old genus of Brachysema has been (since 2002) incorporated into Gastrolobium, while Florabase does not now use Oxylobium. Confusing!
