Description

A striking sight when in full flower. Shrub of sandy plains and dunes. Grows to about 5m tall. Leaves elongated up to about 20cm long with 5 or 6 distinct veins. Flower spikes deep pink. Woody seed capsules with bulging end.

Flowering start in August.

Identification

The main flower colour is pink. Long leaves with 5 or 6 veins, bright pink flowers, growing in sandy outback areas.
